More exsample, busy, dont have many time, and many more. So, this articel i wanna share about you some Exercise Routine Plan at Home Schedule its you follow evry day, every time.
Welcome to the exercise routine #6. Below are my first two exercise articles, check them out if you want to know how I do my workouts.
- I use an app called 30-day fitness challenges.
- There’s a 30-second break in between each exercise.
- I always do star jumps as my warm up if the set of exercises doesn’t have star jumps as the first exercise. Today I added in high knees too.
- I will try to add in bicycle crunches somewhere. Sometimes I will take out an exercise and replace it with bicycle crunches instead.
- Drink water all the time and eat right.
- I am currently doing round one of my routine which I am at the end of. I will be starting round 2, in about a weeks time.
- This is day 30 of ‘abs’ which is the last day of round 1.
- 20 star-jumps
- 10 high knees
WORKOUT – abs:
- 26 abdominal crunches
- 25 butt bridge
- 28 sit-ups or bicycle crunches
- 26 Superman or bicycle crunches
- 30 leg raises
- 60seconds plank
This is the last day of ‘abs’ for round 1 as I said before so I won’t be doing an ab workout until I have finished my other workouts for round 1.
Routine #7 butt.
Routine #8 legs.
Routine #9 butt.
Routine #10 arms.
Then I will start round two for full body, abs, and butt. I will still be on round one for arms and legs as I don’t do them all the time.
Like always I do yoga before I go to bed. Mainly poses to help my back and hips. Find areas of your body you want to strengthen or are sore and then find poses that target those areas. 🙂
